Residential Shipping - Arranged by Customer

Residential Shipping:  Phillips Scott’s Furniture Freight Carriers do not ship to residential addresses.  In such cases, wholesaler must arrange Residential Shipping using their own carrier and account.  Phillip Scott will not be responsible for damages caused by third party carriers.  A packaging fee will apply with palletized shipments.  ( Minimum $50 ) Call for a quote.

Warehouse Location:  Phillips Scott, 6610 Bay Circle, Suite F, Norcross, GA 30071

Warehouse Pickup Hours:  Monday - Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm / Closed for lunch 12:30pm - 1:00pm

When is merchandise ready:  You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. This notification is required to pick up your merchandise.

Resale Certificate: We require a copy of your resale certificate on file prior to merchandise being released.

Loading Merchandise:  Phillips Scott will not be responsible to load / secure merchandise in pick up vehicle.  Phillips Scott will not provide tie downs or furniture blankets.  If your agent, employee or hired freight carrier ops for Phillips Scott to help load merchandise into vehicle, Phillips Scott will not be responsible for any damages to merchandise or pick up vehicle.  Note: We recommend a minimum of 2 people to handle furniture properly.

Receiving:  Signature of receipt by your agent, employee or hired freight carrier constitutes full acceptance of all merchandise stated on the bill of lading or electronic clipboard in undamaged condition and correct.  Phillips Scott responsibility for the merchandise ceases after pickup of goods by your agent or employee and will not be responsible for charges resulting from damages and inability of your agent, employee or hired freight carrier to deliver.  If any problems occur, they must be handled with your agent, employee or hired freight carrier who has accepted to pickup merchandise from the Phillips Scott location.  If a manufacture defect occurs within 6 months, Phillips Scott will only be responsible for repairs or replacements when merchandise arrives back at Phillips Scott warehouse at your expense.

Storage Fees:  After 30 days, from the date of notification, if your merchandise is not picked up a storage fee of $60 per month may be applicable.  If we do not receive a response or the item(s) remain in the storage for an additional 30 days we then place your item(s) back into inventory.  There will be a restocking fee of 25% and the remaining balance will be credited to your account.
