Commercial Shipping: Phillips Scott only uses Furniture Freight Carriers to ship merchandise.
Freight Carrier Billing: All freight is billed 3rd party (by the freight carrier) prior to delivery.
Commercial Address Correction: Please ensure the commercial address you supply to Phillips Scott is 100% accurate. This includes the street address, suite #, state and zip code. Note: If this is not a commercial address and has to be changed when merchandise is on route, you are liable for any additional charges.
Commercial Delivery Truck Size: All merchandise is delivered in a 53’ tractor trailer truck, that must be able to maneuver in and out of your location risk free. If the trailer truck cannot deliver you are liable for any additional charges.
Estimated Time of Delivery: Trailer trucks are loaded and picked up weekly by freight carrier. Once the freight carrier leaves our facility, you will be notified via email within 24hrs with tracking information. Please allow approx. 72hrs before contacting freight carrier with your tracking details to confirm your delivery date.
Expedited and Guaranteed Shipping: Phillips Scott can NOT guarantee any shipping delivery date. Phillips Scott can only guarantee a date that a shipment will be ready to load. Note: You must note on order comments when placing order and receive notification back that date can be accepted.
Receiving: Signature of receipt by your agent or employee constitutes full acceptance of all merchandise stated on the bill of lading or electronic clipboard in undamaged condition and correct.
