Phillips Scott will contact you within 3 business days of receipt of claim. If damages are noted on BOL Phillips Scott will help process your claim with the Freight Carrier. If not noted on the BOL, Freight Carrier WILL NOT BE LIABLE AND ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT BE VALID.

Wholesale customer agrees to have merchandise packaged and at the original location ready for the pick up. Phillips Scott will not provide packing material or transit fees to the original location. No shipping fees will occur from original location of delivery to Phillips Scott Warehouse, unless specified.
CLAIMS ARE NOT VALID if Merchandise is not noted on BOL or moved from the original commercial delivery location.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY / SHIPMENT
Refusing delivery customer agrees to pay for the cost of storage and freight both ways and subjected to a 30% restocking + handling charge and is responsible for the cost of any damages. Remaining balance will be available as credit memo on file valid for 6 months.
